Shipping and delivery policy online items Delivery time & shipping costs After placing your order, we will start working on your order immediately. A delivery time of 5-10 working days applies. However, we are not always able to achieve this, sometimes products are not in stock and the delivery of your order may take a little longer. The prices stated do not include shipping costs. The shipping costs will be displayed in the shopping cart after you have added your products. Delivery is via Dhl,Fedex or DPD . You will receive a shipping confirmation after we have transferred the package to the carrier. In general, delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery if items are not in stock. I have provided an incorrect delivery address! Accidentally provided the wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will then try to change the order for you. Reflection period/return Products that you purchase through this online store are custom made according to the specification you entered. The right of withdrawal therefore does not apply. Warranty & Complaints Guarantee We care about our products and naturally do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it sometimes happens that an order is damaged during transport or that something else happens that means you can make a claim under the warranty. Legally, you are obliged to report this to us within two months of discovering the defect. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will arrange repair or replacement free of charge. Complaints It can always happen that something doesn't go exactly as planned. We recommend that you first report any complaints to us by emailing info@thehairauction.com.
